D\u00f6m om min f\u00f6rv\u00e5ning d\u00e5 l\u00e4sningen denna morgon fl\u00f6t b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin. Eleverna var mer fokuserade \u00e4n vanligt. De var ocks\u00e5 mer motiverade att l\u00e4sa. Ingen elev argumenterade eller ojade sig denna morgon. De bara l\u00e4ste utan knot. L\u00e4tt som en pl\u00e4tt. De verkade ocks\u00e5 ha l\u00e4ttare att hitta en passande bok &#8211; velade mindre. De ville tillbaka till fr\u00f6ken och gruppen och komma med p\u00e5 utflykten. D\u00e5 jag talade med barnen s\u00e5g de fram emot att g\u00e5 ut. Med denna h\u00e4grande morot verkade de uppleva l\u00e4sningen som mindre av en utmaning. Det var ju bara en liten stunds anstr\u00e4ngning innan \u00e4ventyret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi vet att variation i undervisningens metoder \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r att all elever ska f\u00f6rst\u00e5 ett \u00e4mne och minnas. Men variation och tempo mellan olika moment stimulerar ocks\u00e5 ocks\u00e5 elevernas f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att fokusera. De orkar k\u00e4mpa mer n\u00e4r det finns mor\u00f6tter eller saker att se fram emot. Att byta milj\u00f6 fr\u00e5n klassrummet till skogen kan ge n\u00e5got f\u00f6r fokus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att omv\u00e4xling f\u00f6rn\u00f6jer visar ocks\u00e5 en internationell studie om delaktighet i f\u00f6rskolan av \u00c5str\u00f6m (2023). D\u00e4r framkom att omv\u00e4xling i undervisningens organisering av gruppen ledde till ett \u00f6kat fokus hos eleverna &#8211; delaktighet. Barn som lekte mycket fick fokus av instruktion i hel grupp och tv\u00e4rt om. Barn som ofta tog instruktion i hel grupp blev mer aktiva och fokuserade i mindre grupp. Framg\u00e5ngsrika l\u00e4rare kan variera s\u00e5 menar ocks\u00e5 Hirsch (2020). De framg\u00e5ngsrika l\u00e4rarna presenterar moment som \u00f6verraskar och bryter m\u00f6nstret och den ordinarie strukturen och upplevs roliga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som specialpedagog st\u00f6djer jag l\u00e4sutvecklingen i tidiga \u00e5r genom en effektiv metod RtI &#8211; ett st\u00f6d i 3 lager: 1) god undervisning, 2) sm\u00e5gruppsundervisning och 3) s\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6d.  S\u00e5dan organisering av st\u00f6det baserar sig p\u00e5 en kontinuerlig uppf\u00f6ljning elevernas utveckling (Nilvius 2024). Trots att det \u00e4r det mest effektiva s\u00e4ttet att organisera st\u00f6d \u00e4r det fortfarande en bristvara i <a href=\"https:\/\/kulturpedagogik.se\/?p=6046\">Sverige<\/a>. Det \u00f6kade st\u00f6det och stimulansen genom RtI i f-3 har bidragit till stor f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring hos oss som du kan l\u00e4sa mer om <a href=\"https:\/\/skolporten.prenly.com\/shared\/spread\/skolporten-2025-04-03-p12-13\/gnOjSNN8\">h\u00e4r<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/kulturpedagogik.se\/?p=6198\">h\u00e4r<\/a> f\u00f6r att alla elever ska l\u00e4ra sig l\u00e4sa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En viktig fr\u00e5ga i detta arbete \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 samarbete med v\u00e5rdnadshavare. D\u00e5 \u00e4ven de inser nyttan med mor\u00f6tter kan stor utveckling ske hos eleverna.
