Hon \u00e4r en erfaren l\u00e4rare och speciall\u00e4rare. En s\u00e5dan d\u00e4r \u201dgammell\u00e4rare\u201d , som Martin Ingvar ofta efterlyser f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra l\u00e4sundervisningen.I f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningen fick jag med mig id\u00e9er kring det s\u00e4rskilda st\u00f6det som direkt kom till nytta i min vardag med st\u00f6dundervisning i F-2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 min skola arbetar vi, liksom Fridolfsson f\u00f6respr\u00e5kar, med Response to Intervention (RtI) men vi b\u00f6rjar redan i F-klass. RTI inneb\u00e4r st\u00f6d i tre lager 1) god undervisning med st\u00f6d i klassrummet 2) sm\u00e5gruppsundervisning och 3) s\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6d (ofta individuellt men inte alltid). Systemet med RtI bygger p\u00e5 att vi h\u00e5ller noga koll p\u00e5 elevernas niv\u00e5er f\u00f6r att stimulera och st\u00f6dja alla elever. Ofta brukar jag arbeta med lager 1) och lager 2) p\u00e5 v\u00e5rterminen i f\u00f6rskoleklassen. Under 10 minuter fick han intensiv tr\u00e4ning i att ljuda och han visade p\u00e5 egen hand stort fokus och intresse. Han blev ocks\u00e5 m\u00e4kta stolt av att lyckas och ville g\u00e4rna visa f\u00f6r kamraterna vad han \u00e5stadkommit d\u00e5 han i slutet av passet l\u00e4rt sig skriva snygga e i gemener p\u00e5 tavlan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Idag d\u00e5 jag talade med hans klassl\u00e4rare hade han fortsatt arbetat mycket bra i klassrummet. \u00c4ven i matsalen s\u00e5g jag att han f\u00e5tt en ny placering d\u00e4r han lyckades g\u00f6ra r\u00e4tt. Att vi som l\u00e4rare och specialpedagoger kan samarbeta och bilda team kring eleverna kan g\u00f6ra stor skillnad. V\u00e5r gemensamma analys avlastar och ger nycklar till utveckling s\u00e5 ett skyddsn\u00e4tet kring eleven knyts t\u00e4tare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inger Fridolfsson betonade i sin f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning att elever beh\u00f6ver f\u00e5 tillf\u00e4lle att lyckas f\u00f6r att hitta en positiv roll i skolan. Alla som arbetar i tidiga \u00e5r \u00e4r nog medvetna om vikten av positiv f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning f\u00f6r att bygga sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla och utveckla f\u00f6rst\u00e5else. Men v\u00e4gen dit \u00e4r l\u00e4rares och speciall\u00e4rares o\u00e4ndliga hantverk och Sisyfosarbete.
