L\u00e5ga resultat var ett problem \u00e4ven i Sorunda f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan men inte nu l\u00e4ngre. Vi har blivit  b\u00e4ttre b\u00e5de i fr\u00e5ga om trivsel och stimulans och kunskaperna \u00f6kar f\u00f6r b\u00e5de pojkar och flickor. Framg\u00e5ngsfaktorerna f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt lyft kommer jag att tala mer om p\u00e5 R<a href=\"https:\/\/www.haninge.se\/forskola-och-skola\/kvalitet-och-utveckling\/larare-och-lararstuderande\/skolkonferensen-researched\/\">esearchED i Haninge 6 maj.<\/a> Jag hoppas vi ses d\u00e4r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den internationella konferensen f\u00f6r skolfolk \u00e4r ett riktigt fint sammanhang som inspirerar mig mycket f\u00f6r att driva v\u00e5r utveckling och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Vilken kunskap vi v\u00e4ljer \u00e4r utslagsgivande f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 resultat. Vi ska st\u00e5 p\u00e5 giganternas axlar och ingen annans. Genom ResearchED f\u00e5r vi tillg\u00e5ng till den samlade kunskapen kring undervisning och bed\u00f6mning f\u00f6r l\u00e4rande. Det \u00e4r bra axlar f\u00f6r oss att st\u00e5 p\u00e5 om eleverna ska n\u00e5 nya h\u00f6jder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I v\u00e5r skola p\u00e5 landsbygden har vi gjort m\u00e5nga f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker st\u00e4ndigt skruva f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra. En fr\u00e5ga som fortfarande kr\u00e4ver utveckling \u00e4r hur vi l\u00e4r eleverna att skriva i skolstarten. Nu t\u00e4nker jag inte p\u00e5 l\u00e4s- och skrivundervisningen som jag skrivit en del om <a href=\"http:\/\/kulturpedagogik.se\/?p=5597\">h\u00e4r<\/a>. Jag t\u00e4nker ist\u00e4llet p\u00e5 handstilen och den motoriska sidan av det hela. Att l\u00e4ra sig hur man skriver \u00e4r en fr\u00e5ga som vi fortfarande kan bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 och utveckla v\u00e5ra metoder f\u00f6r. Hur vi ska bygga progressionen och hur alla elever ska f\u00e5 lyckas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Idag jobbade jag med st\u00f6dundervisning i f-klass. Eleverna fick skriva motsolar p\u00e5 den stora tavlan f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na.  De gillar att skriva p\u00e5 den stora tavlan och tycker om att l\u00e4ra sig skriva fint. Jag f\u00e5r syn p\u00e5 hur de h\u00e5ller i pennan och kan ge dem instruktioner f\u00f6r goda skrivrutiner. Vi skrev 10 bokst\u00e4ver av varje sort. Bokst\u00e4ver som bygger p\u00e5 motsolar. Eleverna skrev och h\u00f6ll r\u00e4kningen. Samtidigt som de tr\u00e4nade sin handstil blev det en \u00f6vning i matematik. Bokst\u00e4verna blev konkreta representationer som gynnar deras taluppfattning. Jag noterade samtidigt hur de h\u00f6ll i pennan och kunde visa.  Jag s\u00e5g de som kan beh\u00f6va ett penngrepp i klassrummet. Det \u00e4r bra att l\u00e4ra sig skriva l\u00e4sligt men tekniken att skriva \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 utvecklad f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 flyt och snabbhet.
