Hur vi p\u00e5 en lokal skola i kris med dalande resultat och stor fr\u00e5nvaro lyckats lyfta v\u00e5r kvalitet genom att satsa p\u00e5 utveckling av undervisning och st\u00f6d i f\u00f6rskoleklass. Personalen upplever sedan n\u00e5gra \u00e5r att vi f\u00e5tt &#8221;smartare barn&#8221;. D\u00e5 jag pekar p\u00e5 att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen fr\u00e4mst beror p\u00e5 v\u00e5r \u00f6kade f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga till meningsfull undervisning blir de b\u00e5de f\u00f6rv\u00e5nade och stolta. Kan det verkligen g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 stor skillnad? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Personalen upplever att vi f\u00e5tt &#8221;smartare barn&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samsyn och samarbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga \u00e4r det stoff som k\u00e4nnetecknar framg\u00e5ngsrika skolor. V\u00e5r \u00f6kade samsyn grundar sig numera p\u00e5 aktuell och relevant kunskap. Vi kan d\u00e4rmed dra nytta av nya vetenskapliga uppt\u00e4ckter. D\u00e5 vi reflekterat \u00f6ver dem i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till v\u00e5r praktik kan de komma till anv\u00e4ndning i vardagen. B\u00e5de bem\u00f6tande och ledarskap i s\u00e5v\u00e4l skola som fritids har f\u00e5tt ett lyft. Vi har ocks\u00e5 organiserat f\u00f6r ett v\u00e4lkomnande klimat d\u00e4r alla elever kan uppleva trygghet och relationer i vardagen. I undervisningen ges mer utrymme f\u00f6r mening. Eleverna kan lyckas genom variation, flexibilitet och ett konkret st\u00f6d. Alla elever kommer ig\u00e5ng med l\u00e4sning i f\u00f6rskoleklassen. Det g\u00f6r susen f\u00f6r deras sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Alla elever kommer ig\u00e5ng med l\u00e4sning i f\u00f6rskoleklassen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e5de i skola och p\u00e5 fritids ligger vi idag steget f\u00f6re med planering och f\u00f6rebyggande arbete. Det resulterar i att vi knappt har incidenter bland eleverna om vi j\u00e4mf\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r tillbaka. N\u00e4r f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar sker stegvis kan det vara sv\u00e5rt att veta vad som leder till det ena eller till det andra. Men kvittot p\u00e5 v\u00e5r utveckling \u00e4r glasklar. Det m\u00e4rks tydligt i elevernas f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga till l\u00e4sflyt och l\u00e4sintresse s\u00e5v\u00e4l som deras kunskaper i matematik. Det m\u00e4rks ocks\u00e5 tydligt i deras \u00f6kade n\u00e4rvaro. Elevernas beteende har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats till det b\u00e4ttre och de visar ett \u00f6kat intresse f\u00f6r skolan. F\u00f6r oss som arbetar h\u00e4r inneb\u00e4r det samtidigt att vi f\u00e5tt en f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad arbetsmilj\u00f6. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>F\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan var vi hems\u00f6kta av skolinspektionen..<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan var vi hems\u00f6kta av skolinspektionen p\u00e5 grund av flertalet anm\u00e4lningar kring skolan. Det var lite av ett st\u00e4llningskrig d\u00e4r negativa upplevelser hos v\u00e5rdnadshavare fick mycket utrymme i sociala media. Den tiden \u00e4r f\u00f6rbi. I dagarna gl\u00e4der jag mig \u00e5t Skolinspektionens resultat fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra enk\u00e4ter i f\u00f6rskoleklassen. Vi ligger h\u00f6gt i kommunen och riket p\u00e5 flera punkter. H\u00f6gst ligger vi p\u00e5 stimulans och bem\u00f6tande. V\u00e5rt kunskapslyft p\u00e5 de omr\u00e5dena torde vara den fr\u00e4msta h\u00e4vst\u00e5ngen f\u00f6r v\u00e5r utveckling. Under m\u00f6tet med rektorerna tror jag ocks\u00e5 det var detta budskap som gav dem extra hopp och inspiration.
