Nyligen var det rymden som stod i fokus men nu har Ivana och Mona b\u00f6rjat introducera vattnets kretslopp i klasserna och arbetet fortg\u00e5r p\u00e5 fritids genom skapande aktiviteter i anslutning. I veckan gjorde de  fiskar som de monterat i ett stort hav tillsammans. Olika former och f\u00e4rger p\u00e5 fiskarna gestaltar elevernas olikheter p\u00e5 ett symboliskt plan. Att l\u00e5ta olikheter komma till uttryck f\u00f6respr\u00e5kas i en interkulturell pedagogik (Sharif 2008) som gynnar tolerans. F\u00f6r att knyta \u00e5ter till tidigare kunskaper kopplar l\u00e4rarna \u00e5ter till de Globala m\u00e5len som vi jobbat med. Temaarbete f\u00e5ngar deras engagemang och m\u00e5nga lekfulla skriv\u00f6vningar bidrar till utvecklingen. Den pedagogiska utvecklingen \u00e4r p\u00e5taglig. Andra orsaker \u00e4r organisatoriska: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*  Flera tillf\u00e4llen till undervisning i halvklass underl\u00e4ttar varierad undervisning och st\u00f6d till alla &#8211; studiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* L\u00e4rare som tar emot p\u00e5 g\u00e5rden p\u00e5 morgonen gynnar ett v\u00e4lkomnande klimat och relationell pedagogik-trygghet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Ambiti\u00f6s rastaktivitet som f\u00e5ngar upp elever redan p\u00e5 morgonen skapar trygghet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har ocks\u00e5 lyckats skapa samsyn och  personalens ambitioner och brinnande intresse f\u00f6r undervisningen tar oss till nya h\u00f6jder. Viola och Ivana samarbetar i ena klassen och klurar vidare p\u00e5 hur de ska utmana och utveckla. Nedanf\u00f6r serien finns plats att skriva p\u00e5 rymliga rader. Barnen kan jobba p\u00e5 sin niv\u00e5. N\u00e5gra skriver mer utf\u00f6rligt och andra skriver n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 ord. De f\u00e5r st\u00f6d f\u00f6rst\u00e5s vid behov fr\u00e5n sina l\u00e4rare. Eleven ber\u00e4ttar vad den vill skriva och l\u00e4raren skriver en fusklapp eller en miniwhiteboard till st\u00f6d om de s\u00e5 \u00f6nskar. De f\u00e4rgl\u00e4gger sagan ocks\u00e5 bilderna. Att skriva f\u00f6r hand \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r att memorera bokst\u00e4ver p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r niv\u00e5n. Vi vet idag att barn l\u00e4r f\u00f6rst d\u00e5 vi kan peka p\u00e5 vad de g\u00f6r r\u00e4tt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det o\u00e4ndligt viktigt att f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng en positiv process och f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka den. Det \u00e4r tydligt att denna insikt finns hos de h\u00e4r l\u00e4rarna och eleverna f\u00f6rv\u00e5nar varje dag med sina framsteg. Ofta blir jag ombedd  att komma och titta. De f\u00f6revisar stolt elevernas framsteg. Inte minst n\u00e4r elever varit i sv\u00e5righeter vill de s\u00e4rskilt understryka den positiva utvecklingen.
