De var alldeles uppeldade och \u00f6ver sig n\u00f6jda och stolta \u00f6ver vad deras elever hade \u00e5stadkommit och ville visa f\u00f6r mig. Hennes gnista hade nu bl\u00e5st \u00f6ver till f\u00f6rskoleklasserna och satt kollegornas undervisning i brand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven de hade klippt ut illustrationer ur Olles skidf\u00e4rd av Elsa Beskow och uppmuntrade eleverna att skriva om bilderna och l\u00e5tsas att de var med i bilden. Till hj\u00e4lp hade de miniwhiteboards d\u00e4r de kunde skiva f\u00f6rst  innan de skrev p\u00e5 papper. Barn som beh\u00f6vde st\u00f6d kunde ber\u00e4tta vad de t\u00e4nkte och f\u00e5 hj\u00e4lp med skrivandet p\u00e5 vita tavlan. Sedan fortsatte de sj\u00e4lva p\u00e5 pappret. Det var s\u00e5 roligt att skriva tyckte barnen att flera av dem fortsatte att skriva p\u00e5 fritids till Monas stora f\u00f6rtjusning. D\u00e5 har vi lyckats t\u00e4nda ig\u00e5ng deras motorer vill jag lova. Det \u00e4r mycket gl\u00e4djande d\u00e5 eleverna f\u00e5r \u201dflow\u201d n\u00e4r de skriver av sin egen inre motivation (Csikszentmihalyi 2016). Om de f\u00e5r lov att lyckas. Om de upplever sin egen utveckling genom att komma igenom sv\u00e5righeter med v\u00e5r hj\u00e4lp. D\u00e5 finns det ocks\u00e5 goda m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r eleverna att f\u00e5 en positiv inst\u00e4llning till anstr\u00e4ngningar i skolan &#8211;  en dynamisk inst\u00e4llning (Dweck 2015). En s\u00e5dan tro p\u00e5 sin egen f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga vill vi g\u00e4rna ge dem d\u00e5 den skapar goda m\u00f6jligheter att lyckas b\u00e5de i skolan och i livet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
