En f\u00f6red\u00f6mlig f\u00f6respr\u00e5kare f\u00f6r detta arbetss\u00e4tt \u00e4r Skolg\u00e5rdsl\u00e4raren <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lararen.se\/nyheter\/portratt\/rasten-ingen-lek-for-gustav-sundh\" target=\"_blank\">Gustav Sundh<\/a> som gett ut en bok och f\u00e5tt motta priser f\u00f6r sin strukturerade rastverksamhet. Hos oss har Gustavs bok l\u00e4sts och han har inspirerat att organisera v\u00e5rt fritidshem efter en liknande modell med roller som helikopter, djupdykare och lots f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta fokus p\u00e5 olika behov f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla en h\u00f6g aktivitetsniv\u00e5 av inkludering i lekarna p\u00e5 g\u00e5rden. Det \u00e4r Niklas Myrtenblad leder Gagaboll i ett av v\u00e5ra uteklassrum till m\u00e5nga elevers stora f\u00f6rtjusning. Ringen av stockar fungerar bra som sarg i detta spel som liknar sp\u00f6kboll eller dodgeball p\u00e5 engelska. Med en hand ska man f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka tr\u00e4ffa motst\u00e5ndarna med en boll n\u00e5gon stans under midjan. Den som blir sist kvar vinner. Med Niklas i centrum l\u00e4r sig alla elever att f\u00f6lja regler och k\u00e4nna sig peppade trots att de blir utslagna ibland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Bra spelat! Tack, ropar han om n\u00e5gon beh\u00f6ver stiga ur ringen en stund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r viktigt att hitta positiva roller f\u00f6r alla elever. F\u00f6r barn \u00e4r det s\u00e4rskilt centralt d\u00e5 det \u00e4r n\u00e4r de f\u00e5r positiv bekr\u00e4ftelse som de faktiskt l\u00e4r sig n\u00e5got visar kognitiv neurovetenskap. H\u00e4r \u00e4r lekar och samspel en nyckelfr\u00e5ga f\u00f6r att barn ska k\u00e4nna sig delaktiga i samhandling (SPSM 2018). I en studie fr\u00e5n Australien av Graham &amp; Hardwood (2011) spelade denna typ aktiviteter p\u00e5 en lekfull bollplan stor roll f\u00f6r att skapa nya och mer positiva f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar p\u00e5 s\u00e4rskilt vissa pojkar som tidigare upplevt sig ensamma i skolmilj\u00f6n. Hos oss i tidiga \u00e5r blir det en v\u00e4g att f\u00f6rebygga elevh\u00e4lsa t\u00e4nker jag genom att alla elever blir aktiva och sedda. Vi vet att pojkar \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt s\u00e5rbara i tidiga \u00e5r d\u00e5 de ligger efter i utvecklingen (Westling Allodi 2010).
