Just den varierade undervisningens f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att skapa engagemang \u00e4r nyckeln till att eleverna upplever skolan som relevant. Om  utmaningar \u00e4r p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt niv\u00e5 kan eleverna f\u00e5 \u201dflow\u201d (Csikszentmihalyi) en uppslukande upplevelse av l\u00e4rande. Att finna r\u00e4tt niv\u00e5 skapar motivation och ger studiero. Men snart har eleverna pusslat f\u00e4rdigt med de enkla pusslen och vill ha nya utmaningar. Att skapa utrymme f\u00f6r att utveckla och f\u00f6rdjupa ett intresse \u00e4r viktigt &#8211; progression. D\u00e5 utvecklas elevens uth\u00e5llighet, n\u00e5got som f\u00f6reb\u00e5dar ett positivt f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att lyckas i skolan &#8211; ett growth Mindset (Dweck 2015). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanske passar ett 200 bitars pussel som f\u00e5r ta lite tid att f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lla. F\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla ordning p\u00e5 pusslet kan man g\u00f6ra som Viola Olsson gjort hos oss. Man pusslar p\u00e5 en filtduk och n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags att st\u00e4da s\u00e5 rullar vi upp duken p\u00e5 en pappersrulle som vaktm\u00e4staren Kenta hj\u00e4lpt till att finna.
