Vi skulle g\u00e5 p\u00e5 exkursion i n\u00e4rmilj\u00f6n (Lgr 11) f\u00f6r att leta sm\u00e5djur med luppar och f\u00f6rstoringsglas i baggaget. Som f\u00f6rberedelse f\u00f6r v\u00e5r exkursion tittade vi p\u00e5 ett avsnitt av Djurverket fr\u00e5n UR. En fantastisk produktion med spr\u00e5kutveckling, humor och kunskap om djur i fin kombination. Att promenera med barnen \u00e4r fint och \u00f6ppnar f\u00f6r samtal och intimitet. Att skapa relation med eleverna \u00e4r ju en viktig pusselbit f\u00f6r att lyckas med ledarskapet i klassrummet. Att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 led och h\u00e5lla ihop gruppen \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en viktig \u00f6vning f\u00f6r barn och fr\u00f6knar som alla beh\u00f6ver k\u00e4nna trygghet i denna aktivitet. Att fungera i grupp p\u00e5 utflykter \u00e4r ju n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6r att vi ska kunna genomf\u00f6ra en varierad undervisning. I den variation som uteaktiviteter skapar ges m\u00e5nga nya tillf\u00e4llen f\u00f6r elever att visa sina olika f\u00f6rm\u00e5gor. Att vara den som hittar ett skelett kan vara en s\u00e5dan erfarenhet som ger oanad stolthet. Dessutom leder det l\u00e4tt till intressanta samtal om kroppen. Men man kan visa sin f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga olika s\u00e4tt. Viktigt f\u00f6r oss att komma ih\u00e5g \u00e4r att l\u00e4randet hos barn under ca 11 \u00e5r sker n\u00e4r vi pekar p\u00e5 att de lyckats med n\u00e5got. Den moderna hj\u00e4rnforskningen visar att det \u00e4r vid denna positiva f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning som kognitiv utveckling sker i hj\u00e4rnan. <\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"224\" height=\"197\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2020\/04\/image.jpg?resize=224%2C197\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4930\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2020\/04\/image.jpg?w=224&amp;ssl=1 224w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2020\/04\/image.jpg?resize=150%2C132&amp;ssl=1 150w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2020\/04\/image.jpg?resize=160%2C141&amp;ssl=1 160w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 224px) 100vw, 224px\" \/>\n  <figcaption>Kognitiv utveckling f\u00f6r barn kr\u00e4ver positiv f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning.<\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n<p>D\u00e5 pojkar ligger efter flickor i mognadsniv\u00e5 tom. \u00e5k 6 s\u00e5 \u00e4r det s\u00e4rskilt viktigt att de kommer med p\u00e5 det positiva t\u00e5get och inte fastnar i negativa spiraler med mycket konflikter d\u00e5 detta kan missgynna deras sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla (Westling Allodi, 2010). <\/p>\n\n\n<p>Vi fick en h\u00e4rlig utflykt denna dag i det fina v\u00e5rv\u00e4dret och m\u00e5nga nya erfarenheter att dela i v\u00e5r relation. Vi fick ocks\u00e5 med oss mycket som vi kan tala och skriva om och jobba vidare med i klassrummet. Men elever skapar inte alltid den bild av kunskapen som vi f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntat oss. D\u00e5 vi kom hem var det en elev som menade att hen vill jobba p\u00e5 djurverket som Yankho i tv-programmet. Denna dr\u00f6m om att syssla med djur tolkar jag som en positiv erfarenhet av v\u00e5r dag. Att det inte finns n\u00e5got \u201ddjurverk\u201d i verkligheten \u00e4r n\u00e5got som eleven kommer att f\u00e5 uppt\u00e4cka med tiden. Men vid det laget g\u00e5r det kanske lika bra med Naturv\u00e5rdsverket eller Jordbruksverket eller varf\u00f6r inte V\u00e4rldsnaturfonden.
