Barnen k\u00e4nner sig allt tryggare och \u00e4ven medarbetarna ger en motsvarande bild d\u00e4r de tycker sig ha b\u00e5de kunskap att jobba och ser respekten utvecklas alltmer bland eleverna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trygghet \u00e4r dock n\u00e5got vi aldrig blir klara med. Ett sorts evighetsarbete f\u00f6r att bygga ett positivt skolklimat som ju \u00e4r grunden f\u00f6r att alla elever ska l\u00e4ra och lyckas i skolan. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r jobbade vi idag f\u00f6r att skapa nya relationer mellan elever i olika klasser. Ett sorts fadderskapstr\u00e4ff med samarbete i fokus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barnen parades 2 fr\u00e5n varje klass till grupper om 4 och gick en tipspromenad ihop d\u00e4r de repeterade kunskap fr\u00e5n ett tidigare tema-Astrid Lindgrens litter\u00e4ra v\u00e4rld. I slutet av promenaden hade vi en mer fysisk samarbets &#8211; och trygghets\u00f6vning som vi l\u00e4rt oss i kollegiet av en l\u00e4rare Gunilla Eriksson. Vi l\u00e4rare f\u00f6revisade tillsammans hur man skulle g\u00f6ra. Nu fick barnen bilda ett t\u00e5g alla 4 genom att l\u00e4gga h\u00e4nderna p\u00e5 varandras axlar. Alla \u201dvagnarna\u201d blundar utom den l\u00e4ngst bak som ska styra t\u00e5get bakifr\u00e5n genom att krama p\u00e5 kompisen framf\u00f6rs axel. Kamraten ska i sin tur krama vidare fram\u00e5t i ledet tills t\u00e5get sv\u00e4nger \u00e5t det h\u00e5llet. Efter en stund byter vi lok s\u00e5 att alla f\u00e5r prova olika platser i t\u00e5get. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barnen samarbetade mycket bra och hade inga problem med att blunda och l\u00e5ta sig styras. Efter \u00f6vningen fick de leka fritt en stund vilket de alla uppskattade. Genast s\u00e5g vi ocks\u00e5 en effekt av faddringen d\u00e5 m\u00e5nga nya lekrelationer utvecklades av detta. \u00d6vningen fungerade ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4l f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra nyanl\u00e4nda elever som klarade \u00f6vningen de ocks\u00e5 genom den fysiska kommunikationen.
