Lyckan att lyckas i tema kroppen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I den allm\u00e4nna debatten kring svensk skola talas ofta om att l\u00e4rare sysslar f\u00f6r mycket med administration och f\u00f6r lite med undervisning. S\u00e4rskilt under arbetslagsm\u00f6te kan tal om administration komma att dominera \u00e4r min erfarenhet. Det kan vara f\u00f6r\u00f6dande f\u00f6r l\u00e4rares lust och inspiration d\u00e5 de i allm\u00e4nhet brinner f\u00f6r just undervisningen och fokus p\u00e5 den ger l\u00e4rare r\u00e5g i ryggen och glimt i \u00f6gat. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r jag glad att vi i v\u00e5rt l\u00e4rarlag har best\u00e4mt att varje m\u00f6te ska inledas med tio minuter nedslag i klassrummet. Det betyder att vi delar med oss av lyckade \u00f6vningar. \u00c4ven dilemman f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna ocks\u00e5 ges utrymme. S\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi lite kollegialt l\u00e4rande helt enkelt. Vi blir inspirerade. Vi h\u00e5ller elden vid liv. D\u00e5 kan jag ocks\u00e5 lyfta fr\u00e5gan och be l\u00e4rare ber\u00e4tta kring aktiviteter de gjort under v\u00e5rt m\u00f6te i laget. Nyligen noterade jag s\u00e4rdeles fina sj\u00e4lvportr\u00e4tt i helfigur i en \u00e5rskurs 2. Bilderna var personliga och olika i f\u00e4rg och inneh\u00e5ll men samtligt proportionerliga i kroppen vilket inte \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttaste. D\u00e5 jag talade med l\u00e4raren Helena Prior visade sig \u00f6vningen vara en del i ett st\u00f6rre tema om kroppen. Det \u00e4r en \u00f6vning hon gjort i m\u00e5nga \u00e5r. Hon menade ocks\u00e5 att barnen visat ett v\u00e4ldigt intresse f\u00f6r bilderna och ofta tittade p\u00e5 dem, talade om dem och l\u00e4ste beskrivningarna. I mina \u00f6ron \u00e4r detta ett tecken delaktighet som kan h\u00e4rledas till att de alla lyckats b\u00e5de med kroppens form men ocks\u00e5 med att beskriva sig sj\u00e4lva p\u00e5 ett individuellt s\u00e4tt. En pedagogik som lyfter fram olikheter ben\u00e4mns en interkulturell pedagogik. I samband med tema kroppen har barnen f\u00e5tt l\u00e4ra sig att teckna en kropp genom att anv\u00e4nda en mall. De har alla f\u00e5tt en egen kropp att klippa ut och sedan montera ihop i delar med hj\u00e4lp av &#8221;klutt&#8221; p\u00e5 ett f\u00e4rgat papper. De f\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4ra sig vad varje kroppsdel heter. Att en vad kallas just en vad \u00e4r exempelvis inte givet f\u00f6r varje barn utan n\u00e5got vi beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4ra oss. Nu vet jag att det \u00e4r m\u00e5nga som inte gillar mallar utan tycker att fri hand \u00e4r ett b\u00e4ttre s\u00e4tt att tr\u00e4na att teckna. Men det ena beh\u00f6ver inte utesluta det andra. Och teckning \u00e4r ett fasligt f\u00e4rdighets\u00e4mne d\u00e4r vissa tror sig kunna medan andra l\u00e4tt k\u00e4nner sig misslyckade. De ritar runt mallen med penna, avl\u00e4gsnar sedan mallen och f\u00e4rgl\u00e4gger med pastell. Resultatet bli d\u00e4rmed b\u00e5de levande och konstn\u00e4rligt d\u00e5 det blir personligt genom att olika intressen och r\u00f6relser kommer i fokus s\u00e5v\u00e4l som kl\u00e4der osv. F\u00f6rdelen med att lyckas ska inte underskattas.
