Att barn b\u00f6rjar &#8221;st\u00f6ka&#8221; kan tolkas som att det \u00e4r &#8221;fel&#8221; p\u00e5 barnen. Men detta \u00e4r en farlig v\u00e4g att g\u00e5. Sm\u00e5 barn \u00e4r k\u00e4nsliga f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra fantasier om dem. Ist\u00e4llet b\u00f6r st\u00f6ket tolkas som ett tecken p\u00e5 att det finns barn som beh\u00f6ver utmaningar p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt niv\u00e5. Blir det f\u00f6r l\u00e4tt eller f\u00f6r fritt kan det ofta bli r\u00f6rigt bland barnen. P\u00e5 Kyrkskolan har fritidsavdelningarna den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen visat stor flexibilitet och innovationskraft genom att hj\u00e4lpa varandra i ett utvecklat samarbete. S\u00e5 har det skapats utrymme f\u00f6r mer planering av organiserade aktiviteter som gjort stor skillnad. I det kompensatoriska uppdraget har fritidshemmet ocks\u00e5 stor potential att g\u00f6ra skillnad f\u00f6r eleverna. Barns hela skoldag i klassrummet s\u00e5v\u00e4l som p\u00e5 fritidshemmet omfattas idag ocks\u00e5 av l\u00e4roplanen Lgr 11 rev 16. Och jag vill p\u00e5st\u00e5 att en bra skola f\u00f6r l\u00e4gre \u00e5ldrar f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter ett v\u00e4l fungerande fritidshem. Extra viktigt \u00e4r det f\u00f6r barn i f\u00f6rskoleklass d\u00e5 detta f\u00f6rsta \u00e5r i skolan s\u00e4tter normen. Normen f\u00f6r hur ett skolbarn ska vara och normen f\u00f6r om man f\u00e5r vara med och k\u00e4nna sig delaktig (SPSM 2018). Om eleverna blir sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndiga och trygga gynnas deras psykiska h\u00e4lsa och skolresultat i framtiden. Med sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndighet menas dock inte att de ska l\u00e4mnas med f\u00f6r mycket eget ansvar. En n\u00e4ra relation till l\u00e4raren och l\u00e4rarens ledarskap \u00e4r fortfarande mycket viktigt f\u00f6r att lyckas i skolan (Westling Allodi, 2010).<\/p>\n<p>Att skolan b\u00f6r vara r\u00f6rlig f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rm\u00e5 l\u00f6sa problem betonas f\u00f6r att skolan ska f\u00f6rm\u00e5 l\u00f6sa utmaningar och bli effektiv f\u00f6r alla elever (Ainscow er al 2012).
