F\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att variera metoder i klassrummet och vara flexibel f\u00f6r olika behov \u00e4r tillsammans med ett v\u00e4lkomnande klimat utm\u00e4rkande f\u00f6r klassrum och skolor som lyckas inkludera alla elever och ge dem m\u00f6jlighet att utvecklas (Ainscow, Dyson, Goldrick &amp; West 2012).<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2019\/10\/img_0681.jpg?w=860\" \/>Det l\u00e5ter fint men vad inneb\u00e4r det d\u00e5 i praktiken kan man fr\u00e5ga sig? Nyligen upplevde jag ett exempel p\u00e5 s\u00e5dan flexibilitet och variation som tycktes skapa engagemang och arbetsro. Det var i samtal med en av v\u00e5ra l\u00e4rare i f\u00f6rskoleklassen som ett dilemma kom upp. Hen upplevde att en grupp pojkar var sv\u00e5ra att engagera i temat kring Astrid Lindgren som klassen arbetar med. Ska s\u00e4gas att de h\u00e4r barnen \u00e4r mycket bra p\u00e5 att l\u00e4sa och &#8221;duktiga&#8221; i skolan. Inte s\u00e4llan \u00e4r det just barn i behov av s\u00e4rskilda utmaningar som kan st\u00e4lla till det och skapa &#8221;st\u00f6k&#8221; i grupper. Kopplas det till att n\u00e5got barn upplever en kris s\u00e5 kan det bli riktigt jobbigt f\u00f6r l\u00e4raren. Vi talade om att gruppen kanske beh\u00f6vde ytterligare utmaningar eller f\u00e5 spinna p\u00e5 s\u00e4rskilda intressen. Naturvetenskap och rymden kan vara \u00e4mnen som lyfter intresset och skapar fokus \u00e4r min erfarenhet.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2019\/09\/img_0684.jpg?w=860\" \/><\/p>\n<figure><figcaption>Samhandling \u00e4r en aspekt av delaktighet (Eleverna p\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r ej kopplade till eleverna i texten).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Senare kom l\u00e4raren tillbaka till mig och ber\u00e4ttade hur hen kommit vidare med &#8221;problemet&#8221;. Under arbetet med bokstaven A hade de kommit in p\u00e5 astronaut, vilket engagerade. En annan flexibel \u00e5tg\u00e4rd var att l\u00e5ta guppen pojkar f\u00e5 i uppgift att bygga Bullerbyns Mellang\u00e5rden i Lego som en l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r att gestalta det man l\u00e4st och talat om i klassen. Det f\u00f6ll i god jord och nu satt gruppen pl\u00f6tsligt och diskuterade ber\u00e4ttelsens detaljer d\u00e5 de samtidigt byggde oavbrutet under 45 minuter. Detta att f\u00e5 tillf\u00e4lle att bygga blev en h\u00e4vst\u00e5ng som gjorde att de engagerade sig och fick arbetsro att diskutera historien i detalj. Att p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis vara flexibel och se till att hitta forum f\u00f6r elever att engagera sig menar vi \u00e4r viktigt. Inte minst i f\u00f6rskoleklassen \u00e4r det synnerligen bra om eleverna skapar en f\u00f6rf\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r skolans \u00e4mnen.
