John Hattie \u00e4r en av de forskare som bidragit till att vi talar om m\u00e4sterliga l\u00e4rare och vad de g\u00f6r. Han menar att l\u00e4rarens m\u00e4sterlighet handlar om att inte ge upp eleven. Det l\u00e5ter mycket som t\u00e5lmodighet och det \u00e4r nog s\u00e5 viktigt. Genom att l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna elevernas egenheter och intressen f\u00e5r vi nycklarna att ge det efterfr\u00e5gade st\u00f6d som ger motivation \u00e5t elever och sporrar dem att utvecklas. Ett s\u00e4tt att l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna eleverna \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s att odla en dialog. Ett annat s\u00e4tt kan vara att observera vad eleverna g\u00f6r, dvs. vad och hur de kommunicerar. Att SE DETALJERNA i deras anstr\u00e4ngningar. Det kan ske i alla \u00e4mnen men \u00e4ven d\u00e5 de kommunicerar i bild eller i lekens v\u00e4rld. Av prat om ekonomiska neddragningar och vikariebrist. Men s\u00e5 tr\u00e4ffar jag en inspirerad l\u00e4rare som \u00e4r sprudlande uppfylld av de fantastiska Sorundakyrkor som eleverna ritat i samband med bokstaven S i f\u00f6rskoleklassen. Som \u00e4r uppfylld av elevernas aktiviteter och f\u00f6rm\u00e5gor och deras personliga uttryck. Som vill att jag ska komma in och titta p\u00e5 de fantastiska kyrkorna. D\u00e5 blir jag glad igen och k\u00e4nner att det \u00e4r roligt i skolan. L\u00e4rare som ser sina elevers anstr\u00e4ngningar och l\u00e5ter sig \u00f6verraskas av detaljer i elevernas uttryck.
