Att de \u00e4r fulla av f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar kan vi r\u00e4kna med men det \u00e4r inte givet att vi i skolan tar reda p\u00e5 vad de faktiskt hoppas f\u00e5 l\u00e4ra sig. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r blev jag mycket glad att finna tecken p\u00e5 s\u00e5dana samtal d\u00e5 jag s\u00e5g ballonger p\u00e5 v\u00e4ggarna i v\u00e5ra f\u00f6rskoleklasser. Att barnen f\u00e5r vara med och t\u00e4nka kring skolans inneh\u00e5ll \u00e4r ett tecken p\u00e5 en demokratisk fostran som starkt pr\u00e4glar v\u00e5r l\u00e4roplan (Lgr 11 rev 16). Att fr\u00e5ga efter barnens f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar ger ocks\u00e5 m\u00f6jlighet att dra nytta av den s\u00e5 kallade &#8221;kamrateffekten&#8221; d\u00e4r somliga barn kan vara till stor hj\u00e4lp att h\u00f6ja f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna i en grupp.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2019\/09\/img_0680.jpg?w=860\" \/> Kamrateffekten gynnas inte av v\u00e5rt nuvarande marknadssystem d\u00e5 marknadskrafterna har en f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att sortera efter social tillh\u00f6righet (Kotler 1988). Som l\u00e4rare \u00e4r det d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4n viktigare att h\u00e5lla utkik efter h\u00e4vst\u00e4nger f\u00f6r att lyfta l\u00e4randet i vissa milj\u00f6er. Den m\u00f6jligheten skapas d\u00e5 barnen som h\u00e4r b\u00e5de f\u00e5tt m\u00e5la och skriva om sina f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar genom att g\u00f6ra ballonger i oljepastell och vattenf\u00e4rg med texter i tusch. Trots att de sm\u00e5 barnen s\u00e4llan <em>kan<\/em> skriva vet de vad de <em>vill<\/em> skriva. Och d\u00e5 kan vi vuxna ju hj\u00e4lpa dem med en f\u00f6rlaga att skriva av. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis b\u00f6rjar de tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 bokst\u00e4ver och ord och att formulera sina tankar i ett huj. Och p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt f\u00e5r vi syn p\u00e5 deras tankar &#8211; vi l\u00e4r k\u00e4nna dem en smula. Att bygga relation och f\u00f6rst\u00e5 eleverna betonas f\u00f6r att vi ska lyckas inkludera alla elever och p\u00e5 ett effektivt s\u00e4tt ge den den undervisning de beh\u00f6ver (Ainscow et al 2012).\ufffc<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2019\/09\/img_0678.jpg?w=860\" \/><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att alla barn ska stimuleras anv\u00e4nder vi oss p\u00e5 Kyrkskolan ocks\u00e5 b\u00e5de av analoga och digitala metoder f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ra oss bokst\u00e4ver i f\u00f6rskoleklasserna. P\u00e5 iPad skriver vi oss ocks\u00e5 till l\u00e4sning. Genom detta f\u00f6rfarande kan barnen lekskriva och med hj\u00e4lp av paddans talsyntes b\u00f6rja bekanta sig med bokst\u00e4ver, bokstavsljud, ord och meningar. F\u00f6r barn som har l\u00e4s- och skrivsv\u00e5righeter eller motoriska bekymmer med bokst\u00e4verna ger den digitala tekniken ett s\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6d. S\u00e5 f\u00e5r alla barn en m\u00f6jlighet att lyckas med skrivandet. Positiva erfarenheter av skolan \u00e4r viktiga f\u00f6r att eleverna ska bygga sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla. F\u00f6r elever som beh\u00f6ver utmaningar g\u00e5r det ocks\u00e5 bra att skriva digitalt. Men att jobba analogt med papper och penna \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 bra. F\u00f6r eller emot digitalisering. F\u00f6r eller emot faktakunskaper. Pedagogiska trender \u00e4r tyv\u00e4rr ofta lite kategoriska i v\u00e5rt avl\u00e5nga land. Det \u00e4r mycket antingen eller d\u00e4r man vill g\u00f6ra g\u00e4llande att ett tidigare syns\u00e4tt varit fel medan ett nytt syns\u00e4tt \u00e4r det r\u00e4tta. Och visst har medaljen alltid en baksida och det \u00e4r viktigt att forts\u00e4tta utvecklas. Men framf\u00f6r allt \u00e4r det viktigt att variera metoder. Att variera metoder kr\u00e4vs av oss l\u00e4rare f\u00f6r att vi ska lyckas med den stora variation som finns bland eleverna. N\u00e4r Hattie (2015) talar om att m\u00e4sterliga l\u00e4rare inte ger upp sina elever s\u00e5 inneb\u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 att l\u00e4raren tar reda p\u00e5 och l\u00e4r k\u00e4nna sina elevers tankar och k\u00e4nslor och anv\u00e4nder detta f\u00f6r att variera sina metoder. De \u00e4r tecken p\u00e5 att vi \u00e4ger b\u00e5de h\u00e4ngslen och livrem f\u00f6r att gynna l\u00e4rande. B\u00e5de digitala och analoga \u00f6vningar allts\u00e5. B\u00e5de estetiska arbetss\u00e4tt och faktakunskaper. B\u00e5de tid f\u00f6r r\u00f6relse men ocks\u00e5 lugn och koncentration. Den demokratiska aspekten att ta tillvara elevernas perspektiv \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en k\u00e4rnfr\u00e5ga f\u00f6r alla l\u00e4rare v\u00e4rda namnet.
