Id\u00e9n fick l\u00e4raren Viola Olsson i ett kollegialt l\u00e4rande med Kristina Skafvenstedt och Austin fj\u00e4ril som jag skrev om f\u00f6rra veckan <a href=\"http:\/\/kulturpedagogik.se\/?p=4514\">h\u00e4r<\/a>. Tanken \u00e4r att studera verkligheten och genom feedback utveckla f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att se och avbilda f\u00f6rlagan. Att vi l\u00e4r oss om arter i naturen \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt f\u00f6r att utveckla spr\u00e5ket s\u00e5v\u00e4l som att utveckla f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att v\u00e4rna v\u00e5r milj\u00f6. Det borde vara en s\u00e4rskilt viktig fr\u00e5ga f\u00f6r kommande generationer med tanke p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssiga utmaningar. Ivana, Lotte, Viola, Margaretha och Andreas som jobbar h\u00e4r delar ofta eleverna i halvklass och mindre grupper, i olika aktiviteter och i olika rum b\u00e5de inne och ute. De hj\u00e4lps \u00e5t att planera olika moment och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis \u00f6kar de variationen i undervisningen. De mindre grupperingarna gynnar ocks\u00e5 klimatet i klassrummet d\u00e5 det minskar risken f\u00f6r konflikter och k\u00f6er. Hit kommer m\u00e5nga elever p\u00e5 morgonen och f\u00e5r frukost och tr\u00e4ffar kamrater och pedagoger innan skolan b\u00f6jar. Att de blir sedda och k\u00e4nner sig v\u00e4lkomna \u00e4r grundl\u00e4ggande f\u00f6r att de ska trivas i skolan. H\u00e4r upplever f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar att Mona och Johnny skapar struktur och trygghet i m\u00f6tet p\u00e5 morgonen. Och en trevlig och v\u00e4lkomnande k\u00e4nsla d\u00e5 de h\u00e4lsar, ser och talar med barn och f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar. \u00c4ven pedagoger fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rskoleklassen \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 plats tidigare i \u00e5r f\u00f6r att skapa tillf\u00e4llen att knyta an till elever och v\u00e5rdnadshavare. Att bygga relationer till eleverna betonas som en viktig fr\u00e5ga f\u00f6r att lyckas med undervisning.
