S\u00e5 h\u00e4rom dagen hade vi p\u00e5 v\u00e5r skola en utbildning i verktyg som utvecklats f\u00f6r att st\u00f6tta dyslektiker i sitt skrivande p\u00e5 datorer &#8211; s\u00e5 kallad talsyntes (som l\u00e4ser upp texten) och s\u00e4rskilda r\u00e4ttstavningsprogram (som tar fram f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 stavning i olika exempelmeningar).<\/p>\n<p>Utbildningen var en workshop f\u00f6r l\u00e4rare s\u00e5 vi l\u00e4rde oss alla efter genomg\u00e5ng att hantera programmen. Samtidigt fick vi av v\u00e5r erfarna kollega tips p\u00e5 HURET. Att det \u00e4r bra att st\u00e4nga av r\u00e4ttstavningen f\u00f6r att slippa r\u00f6dmarkeringar som kan stressa elever. R\u00e4ttstavningsprogrammet s\u00e4tter man p\u00e5 efter\u00e5t. Vi fick ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4ra oss hur man b\u00e4st st\u00e4ller in programmen f\u00f6r att barnen ska l\u00e4ra effektivt och inte luras att slarva pga tekniken. S\u00e5dana detaljer \u00e4r just s\u00e5dant som g\u00f6r att l\u00e4rare utvecklar sin f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga till inkluderande undervisning. Att ta del av erfarna kollegors tysta kunskap<span style=\"caret-color: #555555; color: #555555; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration: none; display: inline !important; float: none;\"> och g\u00f6ra den explicit \u00e4r guld v\u00e4rt f\u00f6r skolutveckling. En samarbetande kultur d\u00e4r s\u00e5dan kunskap delas \u00e4r det stoff som bygger framg\u00e5ngsrika skolor (Dyson &amp; Millward 2000, Folkesson et al 2004).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Och redan dagen d\u00e4rp\u00e5 hade en av v\u00e5ra hungriga pedagoger i \u00e5rskurs tre installerat och st\u00e4llt in programmen p\u00e5 alla sina datorer i klassen. Hon var \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigad \u00f6ver elevernas aktivitet. Ska s\u00e4gas att Maud ocks\u00e5 varit ute i klassen och f\u00e5tt mycket uppskattning av eleverna som hon tyckte var &#8221;fantastiska&#8221;. Med hj\u00e4lp av talsyntesen fick barnen verkligen fart p\u00e5 sitt skrivande. Nu b\u00f6rjade de diskutera stavning och fick intresse att r\u00e4tta ord som kr\u00e4ver dubbelteckning bland annat. Och som s\u00e5 ofta med digitala media s\u00e5 skriver barnen utf\u00f6rligare. S\u00e5 gl\u00e4der man ett l\u00e4rarhj\u00e4rta.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte ovanligt att metoder som utvecklats av specialpedagogiska sk\u00e4l, pedagogiska innovationer, fungerar bra f\u00f6r alla elever. De utvecklas g\u00e4rna i en utmanande milj\u00f6 men kan sedan flyttas vidare till nytta f\u00f6r fler. Nu lyfter kanske n\u00e5gon ett varningens finger \u00f6ver digitaliseringsivern. Man vet ju att vi minns b\u00e4ttre s\u00e5dant vi skrivit f\u00f6r hand. Men det ena beh\u00f6ver inte utesluta det andra. Och det menar forskning av exempelvis Hattie (2009) att i effektiva klassrum anv\u00e4nder l\u00e4raren varierade metoder.
