De anv\u00e4nder vi p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta fokus p\u00e5 geometriska former bland annat. Vi anv\u00e4nder dem ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r bildskapande. I den <a href=\"http:\/\/kulturpedagogik.se\/?p=1670\">organiserade leken<\/a> kan barnen exempelvis f\u00e5 bygga bilder efter mallar. Nu vet jag att det finns m\u00e5nga d\u00e4rute som \u00e4r skeptiska till mallar och jag kan h\u00e5lla med om att de begr\u00e4nsar utrymmet f\u00f6r fritt skapande. Trots detta kan de ha en plats. De ger eleverna m\u00f6jlighet att bekanta sig med materialet och med formerna. Att sortera och urskilja likheter och skillnader \u00e4r en grundl\u00e4ggande analytisk kompetens. <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2017\/11\/img_6917.jpg?w=860\" \/>Med mallarna jobbar eleverna i allm\u00e4nhet individuellt \u00e4ven om de ofta sitter fyra stycken tillsammans f\u00f6r att dela p\u00e5 klossarna. Den som k\u00e4nner sig os\u00e4ker kan bygga direkt ovanp\u00e5 mallen. Andra bygger vid sidan av med mallen som modell och en tredje b\u00f6rjar s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom att utforma egna bilder. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r k\u00f6pte vi in lite mer av det p\u00e5 fritids och st\u00e4llde ut p\u00e5 en hylla. Och nyligen kom barnen ig\u00e5ng med att bygga st\u00f6rre m\u00f6nster p\u00e5 mattan i stil med mandala under tiden p\u00e5 fritids. Nu samarbetade de mer kring bygget. De sorterade formerna och diskuterade hur det skulle se ut. De hj\u00e4lptes \u00e5t. <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2018\/10\/img_8272.jpg?w=860\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Vad f\u00e5r vi ut av detta kan man fr\u00e5ga sig? I min v\u00e4rld gl\u00e4der jag mig \u00e5t att barnen f\u00e5r utrymme att skapa med ett material som samtidigt kan \u00e5teranv\u00e4ndas. Det fria skapandet \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen bra f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsan. Det g\u00f6r oss mer harmoniska d\u00e5 det reducerat stress och \u00e5ngest (Bell &amp; Robins 2007). Ett extra plus \u00e4r att byggmaterialet heller inte konsumerar n\u00e5gra resurser. Visst f\u00e5r barnen ocks\u00e5 rita och m\u00e5la men i v\u00e5r tid k\u00e4nns det s\u00e4rskilt viktigt att ocks\u00e5 gynna skapande som inte t\u00e4r p\u00e5 milj\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>Samtidigt gynnar byggandet samarbete och samtal och synligg\u00f6r p\u00e5 ett fantastiskt s\u00e4tt vad vi kan \u00e5stadkomma tillsammans vi m\u00e4nniskor. Att kunna samlas kring en ide och f\u00f6rhandla om dess utformning i leken \u00e4r en viktig f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r m\u00e4nskligt liv och en del i skolans demokratiuppdrag t\u00e4nker jag. Demokrati handlar ju inte bara om hur makten att p\u00e5verka organiseras p\u00e5 ett \u00f6vergripande s\u00e4tt. Demokrati \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en upplevelse av att kunna p\u00e5verka sin situation, n\u00e5got som Amarthya Sen p\u00e5talat \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt utvecklat i Skandinavien genom v\u00e5ra folkr\u00f6relser. Att vi kan p\u00e5verka v\u00e5r situation tar sig uttryck i samarbeta, skapande och lek och kompetenser som utvecklas genom detta (Nussbaum 2016).
