Vad menas med detta? undrade jag m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger d\u00e5 jag gick den inter-kulturella l\u00e4rarutbildningen p\u00e5 S\u00f6dert\u00f6rns H\u00f6gskola. Ibland tyckte jag att jag f\u00f6rstod men andra g\u00e5nger gled det undan. Vad var det nu igen?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Det interkulturella begreppet d\u00f6k f\u00f6rst upp p\u00e5 80-talet \u00a0inom integrationspolitiken d\u00e4r det efterfr\u00e5gades mer dynamik mellan etniska grupper (SOU\u00a01983:57). \u00a0Enligt Sharif syftar interkulturalitet p\u00e5 samverkan mellan\u00a0m\u00e4nniskor av olika etnicitet och kultur \u2013 en process f\u00f6r \u00f6kad f\u00f6rst\u00e5else genom att bekr\u00e4fta varandras\u00a0olikheter (Sharif 2008:110ff).\u00a0Detta \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en viktig \u00a0fr\u00e5ga i skolans v\u00e4rld f\u00f6r att alla barn ju helst ska k\u00e4nna sig sedda och inkluderade f\u00f6r att finna motivation. En interkulturell metod skulle inneb\u00e4ra en pedagogik f\u00f6r \u00f6kad tolerans.\u00a0Det l\u00e5ter ju bra men hur ser det ut rent praktiskt i undervisningen? Nu n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r ute och jobbar som l\u00e4rare\/f\u00f6rskoll\u00e4rare \u00e4r det vissa aktiviteter som verkar p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt. Detta skapande \u00e4r en utm\u00e4rkt utg\u00e5ngspunkt f\u00f6r ber\u00e4ttande. Tar vi oss tid att prata med barnen var och en har de ofta m\u00e5nga intressanta detaljer att ber\u00e4tta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I det h\u00e4r projektet l\u00e4t vi barn i f\u00f6rskolan samla skogsmaterial och sedan skapa sina egna &#8221;hus&#8221; med hj\u00e4lp av lera. Deras tankar skrev vi ned tillsammans med foto p\u00e5 deras objekt och visade i en utst\u00e4llning i samband med f\u00f6r\u00e4ldram\u00f6te.\u00a0F\u00f6rutom att vi p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt f\u00e5r en inblick i barns tankar kan aktiviteten ha ytterligare positiva effekter. Genom att skriva ned vad barnen s\u00e4ger och visa texten gynnar vi ocks\u00e5 deras framtida litteracitet. H\u00e4r visar barnen sin h\u00f6gst\u00a0personliga objekt. Varje hus \u00e4r unikt och liknar ingen annans. Varje tanke hos barnen skiljer sig ocks\u00e5 \u00e5t.
