Nu har vi varit tillsammans i n\u00e5gra veckor och eleverna b\u00f6rjar bli varma i kl\u00e4derna. Det m\u00e4rker vi i v\u00e5rt klassrum genom att det emellan\u00e5t blir v\u00e4ldigt pratigt. M\u00e5nga har mycket att s\u00e4ga och flera har sv\u00e5rt att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 sin tur. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har vi blivit mer noga med att anv\u00e4nda stickor f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rdela ordet och aktivera alla elever (Wiliam 2013).<\/p>\n<p>Att dra stickor med barnens namn \u00e4r ett s\u00e4tt att arbeta formativt d\u00e5 stickorna l\u00e5ter fler elever komma till tals. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis underl\u00e4ttar det f\u00f6r oss att f\u00e5 reda p\u00e5 barnens f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r \u00e4mnet och d\u00e4rmed ge oss grund f\u00f6r v\u00e5r fortsatta planering av undervisningen. Stickor \u00e4r ett s\u00e4tt att aktivera alla men man kan ocks\u00e5 anv\u00e4nda en slumpgenerator p\u00e5 padda el. dyl. N\u00e4r slumpen kommer med i bilden blir barnen uppslukade av att f\u00f6lja slumpens val. Genast l\u00e4gger sig lugnet. Vem som helst kan f\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan. Men det finns ocks\u00e5 ett visst utrymme f\u00f6r talinitiativ d\u00e5 barnen som f\u00e5tt fr\u00e5gan kanske inte vet svaret och beh\u00f6ver fr\u00e5ga en kamrat. Nu kan man f\u00e5 r\u00e4cka upp handen och hj\u00e4lpa varandra. En annan f\u00f6rdel d\u00e5 vi drar stickor \u00e4r att vi vuxna sk\u00f6ter stickorna. Skulle vi vilja att n\u00e5got s\u00e4rskilt barn ska f\u00e5 tillf\u00e4lle att svara s\u00e5 kan vi ordna det. En anpassning av slumpen.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2018\/03\/img_7544.jpg?w=860\" \/>Ett annat s\u00e4tt att skapa motivation f\u00f6r arbetsro \u00e4r att tala om hur vi vill ha det i klassrummet och hur vi ska vara mot varandra. Vi har i veckan skrivit upp reglerna tillsammans p\u00e5 tavlan. Idag fick barnen arbeta i par och rita samt klippa ur sin hand ur f\u00e4rgat papper f\u00f6r att markera att de st\u00e4ller upp p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra regler. S\u00e5 har vi gjort en fin tavla tillsammans som vi kan h\u00e4nga i klassrummet. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt f\u00e5r vi n\u00e5got konkret att peka p\u00e5 d\u00e5 vi tar upp vad vi kommit \u00f6verens om och vi f\u00e5r lov att L\u00c4SA. (Vi anv\u00e4nder stora bokst\u00e4ver f\u00f6r att s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt ska kunna l\u00e4sa).<\/p>\n<p>Samtidigt blir regler och v\u00e4rdegrund demokratiskt f\u00f6rankrade i gruppen. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r barnen att k\u00e4nna motivation att f\u00f6lja reglerna. Det demokratiska uppdraget \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 tydligt i Lgr 11 och n\u00e5got vi b\u00f6r k\u00e4nna stolthet \u00f6ver. Det \u00e4r inte i varje land som demokratifr\u00e5gan har kommit s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt som h\u00e4r i Sverige. Denna v\u00e4rdegrundsprocess \u00e4r en civiliserad form av &#8221;disciplinering&#8221; som gynnar alla elevers inkludering i undervisning och l\u00e4rande.
