Oftast g\u00f6r vi det en g\u00e5ng i veckan. Eleverna samarbetar tv\u00e5 och tv\u00e5. N\u00e5gon kan f\u00e5 jobba sj\u00e4lv ibland som en anpassning. Det kan vara lite av en utmaning innan alla barn f\u00e5tt n\u00e5gorlunda kunskaper om bokst\u00e4verna. Men det \u00e4r ju ocks\u00e5 genom utmaningar som vi verkligen l\u00e4r. Man m\u00e5ste ner i gropen f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ra &#8211; eller the Learning Pit som James Nottingham s\u00e4ger. Men denna metod \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt att l\u00e4ra sig bokst\u00e4ver medan man skriver. Vi brukar ofta skriva om utflykter och teman eller fr\u00e5gor till n\u00e5got \u00e4mne och barnen ritar bilder till texten. Sedan exponerar vi resultatet i plastfickor p\u00e5 v\u00e4ggen i korridoren. Nu kan anh\u00f6riga se vad vi pysslar med. Jag brukar ta ner fickan till utvecklingssamtalet. D\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi en tillbakablick \u00f6ver \u00e5ret samtidigt som vi tar del av barnets reflektioner. Att se deras bilder och prata om dem kan ocks\u00e5 lyfta detaljer i deras upplevelse. Hennes bild av skeppet \u00e4r en minnesbild fr\u00e5n akterspegeln med f\u00f6nster och utsmyckningar. Vi ser ocks\u00e5 kanonportarna. N\u00e5got som hon sj\u00e4lv lagt till \u00e4r fulla segel. Bredvid skeppet nere till h\u00f6ger har hon ritat ett antal streck. D\u00e5 jag fr\u00e5gar vad det \u00e4r f\u00f6rklarar hon att det \u00e4r golvplankorna i museets golv som vi klev runt p\u00e5 d\u00e5 vi fick i uppgift att m\u00e4ta skeppets bredd i fot. Att ta sig tid att titta noga p\u00e5 elevernas alster \u00e4r verkligen roligt och ett s\u00e4tt att se dem, deras erfarenhet och deras anstr\u00e4ngningar.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\"
