I v\u00e5rt nyrenoverade uteklassrum &#8221;Gr\u00f6nan&#8221; huserade under torsdagen Eva Ahl, f\u00f6rstel\u00e4rare i No och teknik med en workshop f\u00f6r mellan- och h\u00f6gstadiet. H\u00e4r diskuterades uppfinningar, lektes 36-leken och dryftades tekniska system. Deltagarna fick ocks\u00e5 rikliga m\u00f6jligheter att reflektera.<\/p>\n<p>I diskussionen kom det upp en fr\u00e5ga om varf\u00f6r en \u00f6vning var lagd ute d\u00e5 den skull kunna fungera lika v\u00e4l inne? Vi p\u00e5minde oss ocks\u00e5 Stefan von Bothmers argument kring platsens betydelse. Stefan understr\u00f6k att platsen i sig kan tillf\u00f6ra mycket. Bodil Sj\u00f6berg anv\u00e4nder s\u00e5dana \u00f6vningar dagligen med sin klass f\u00f6r att skapa trygghet i gruppen och l\u00e4ra dem att leka och t\u00e4nka tillsammans &#8211; kring samarbete och v\u00e4rdegrund. Hon \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en l\u00e4rare som har rykte om sig att f\u00e5 barnen att verkligen lyssna &#8211; hon inger respekt. Och som s\u00e5 ofta med drama och lek blev det m\u00e5nga skratt. Att humor spelar en viktig roll f\u00f6r ledarskapet i klassrummet st\u00e5r klart. Ett klassrumsklimat med ingredienser som trygghet och humor gynnar ocks\u00e5 elevernas mod att skapa och vara kreativa enligt Rollo May (1975).
