Det po\u00e4ngteras av flera unders\u00f6kningar (SOU 2010:95) och nu \u00e4ven i den reviderade l\u00e4roplanen f\u00f6r f\u00f6rskoleklassen. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att alla elever ska lyckas i skolan och f\u00f6r detta kr\u00e4vs att alla elever m\u00e5r bra och kan fungera och hitta en plats skolan.<\/p>\n<p>I inskolningen av v\u00e5ra nuvarande F-klasser har vi jobbat vidare med konceptet faddrar (som jag tidigare skrivit om v\u00e5r <a href=\"http:\/\/kulturpedagogik.se\/?p=1568\">h\u00e4r<\/a>). F\u00f6rra \u00e5rets f\u00f6rskoleklassare fick bli faddrar till de blivande F-klassarna som vi bj\u00f6d in f\u00f6r ett bes\u00f6k tillsammans med sina f\u00f6rskoll\u00e4rare i slutet av v\u00e5rterminen. De blivande F-klassarna fick p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt b\u00e5de bekanta sig med v\u00e5r skolg\u00e5rd och v\u00e5rt klassrum i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g. De fick pr\u00f6va att leka h\u00e4r, b\u00e5de inne och ute tillsammans med sina faddrar. Dessutom kom barnen p\u00e5 bes\u00f6k i klassrummet tillsammans med sina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar vid ett tillf\u00e4lle.<\/p>\n<p>Detta uppl\u00e4gg upplever vi nu mycket trygghetsskapande f\u00f6r eleverna som redan efter ett par dagar verkar mycket hemmastadda och sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndiga i v\u00e5r milj\u00f6. Deras faddrar \u00e4r nu kamrater i \u00e5rskurs 1 som g\u00e4rna vill leka och som \u00e4r med i v\u00e5rt fritids.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2016\/12\/img_4645-3.jpg?w=860\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Att de blir sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndiga och trygga gynnar deras psykiska h\u00e4lsa och skolresultat i framtiden visar forskning. Inte minst flickor gynnas av detta. Med sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndighet menas dock inte att de ska l\u00e4mnas med f\u00f6r mycket eget ansvar.
