Det \u00e4r en god ide enligt den samlade kunskapen. Vi kan d\u00e5 \u00e4ven p\u00e5verka deras skolframg\u00e5ng d\u00e5 den psykiska h\u00e4lsan n\u00e4ra h\u00e4nger samman med hur barn lyckas i skolan.<\/p>\n<p>Westling Allodi skriver i en kunskaps\u00f6versikt om pojkars och flickors psykiska h\u00e4lsa i skolan att det \u00e4r viktigt att ta h\u00e4nsyn till skillnader som visat sig (mellan grupperna). Annars blir skolan inte likv\u00e4rdig.<\/p>\n<p>Pojkar \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt s\u00e5rbara i f\u00f6rskola\/tidiga \u00e5ldrar d\u00e5 de ligger efter i utvecklingen. H\u00e4r \u00e4r det viktigt att skapa goda relationer med dem (ej konfliktfyllda) d\u00e4r deras intresse och motivation bejakas. Hon understryker ocks\u00e5 faran i f\u00f6r mycket frivillighet (i l\u00e4randet) och risken i att d\u00e4rmed skapa l\u00e5ga f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar. De l\u00e5ga f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna internaliseras av barnen.<br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media1.kulturpedagogik.se\/2017\/08\/img_6221-1.jpg?w=860\" \/><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att motverkar externaliserade-\/beteendeproblem och skolsv\u00e5righeter f\u00f6respr\u00e5kar hon att uppmuntra empati och medk\u00e4nsla. (Detta s\u00e4rskilt viktigt hos pojkar d\u00e5 gruppen uppvisar m\u00e5nga s\u00e5dana problem, men \u00e4ven f\u00f6r flickor.) T ex uppmuntra alla och inte minst pojkar att ta hand om varandra och visa h\u00e4nsyn f\u00f6r varandra och andra.<\/p>\n<p>Detta kan vara bra att praktisera p\u00e5 exempelvis fotbollsplan d\u00e4r man kan uppmuntra barnen att visa att de bryr sig genom att fr\u00e5ga hur det gick, klappa om varandra och v\u00e5ga visa omsorg trots att leken kan bli het.<\/p>\n<p>Flickor b\u00f6r st\u00f6ttas extra i ton\u00e5ren d\u00e5 de uppvisar s\u00e4rskild s\u00e5rbarhet i dessa \u00e5ldrar.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom tar hon upp att det motverkar depressivitet att tro p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv och vara sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndig (n\u00e5got som b\u00f6r uppmuntras hos flickor som har st\u00f6rre risk att bli depressiva men \u00e4ven hos pojkar). Vi f\u00e5r dock inte gl\u00f6mma, po\u00e4ngterar studien, att en n\u00e4ra relation till l\u00e4raren samtidigt \u00e4r viktig och det g\u00e4ller s\u00e4rskilt flickor.
