D\u00e4rf\u00f6r k\u00e4nns det s\u00e4rskilt viktigt att skapa en bra start och en plattform och kultur d\u00e4r barnen har m\u00f6jlighet att frodas. Men hur? Ett s\u00e4tt \u00e4r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra f\u00f6r dem att h\u00e4mta n\u00e4ring i fler relationer. Skolverket betonar ocks\u00e5 att f\u00f6rskoleklassen ska &#8221;fr\u00e4mja allsidiga kontakter och social gemenskap&#8221; (Skolverket 2016).<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r t\u00e4nker vi kanske n\u00e4rmast p\u00e5 l\u00e4rare och klasskamrater &#8211; klassrummets gemenskap. Och det \u00e4r naturligtvis centralt. Men det finns ocks\u00e5 m\u00f6jligheter att skapa ytterligare relationer till barn i skolan genom fadderverksamhet eller genom m\u00f6ten med parallella klasser. Och det \u00e4r p\u00e5tagligt hur mycket barnen njuter av kontakten. Ska s\u00e4gas att vi som undervisar i f\u00f6rskoleklassen ocks\u00e5 tidigare undervisat de som nu g\u00e5r i \u00e5k 3. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis kan vi l\u00e4ttare matcha barnen och f\u00e5 till positiva m\u00f6ten. Att gruppera och placera barn i olika konstellationer \u00e4r ett s\u00e4tt att anpassa undervisningen s\u00e5 att alla barn kommer till sin r\u00e4tt. Samarbete mellan de olika niv\u00e5erna uppmuntras f\u00f6r vi ska kunna f\u00f6rebygga framtida m\u00e5l i skolan. H\u00e4r kan man t\u00e4nka sig att pedagogerna f\u00e5r m\u00f6jlighet att prata ihop sig och planera progressionen i olika \u00e4mnen.
