Att vara tydlig och bryta ner undervisningen i bitar kan g\u00f6ra mycket f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka f\u00f6rst\u00e5elsen hos eleverna. Den kognitiva belastning minskas d\u00e5 vi serverar sm\u00e5 bitar i taget. P\u00e5 tavlan ritade jag mina m\u00e5l f\u00f6r olika \u00f6vningar som vi arbetar med under lektionen. Jag ritade \u00f6gon ovanf\u00f6r stavelselistorna och f\u00f6rde dialog med barnen om varf\u00f6r det \u00e4r viktigt att titta p\u00e5 stavelserna d\u00e5 vi l\u00e4ser dem i k\u00f6r. Att man minns b\u00e4ttre av att samtidigt se och ljuda. Att det \u00e4r t\u00e4nkandet att koppla samman ljud och bild som g\u00f6r att man kommer att minnas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barnen vet detta sedan innan d\u00e5 vi talat mycket om var de ska f\u00e4sta blicken. Det \u00e4r ofta barn som v\u00e4nder blicken \u00e5t fel h\u00e5ll vilka halkar efter. De fokuserar annat och det sker s\u00e4llan av illvilja. Genom att l\u00e4ra sig styra sin blick kan de utvecklas mycket. Nu s\u00e5g jag att eleverna blev mer fokuserade \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin Den \u00f6kade tydligheten g\u00f6r undervisningen effektiv. Elevernas aktiva t\u00e4nkande ger goda m\u00f6jligheter att l\u00e4ra. En kortlek som l\u00e4r eleverna att ljuda ord med hj\u00e4lp av bilder som st\u00f6djer att mobilisera de r\u00e4tta ljuden. Denna \u00e4lskas av eleverna. De upplever att de lyckas med leken som samtidigt l\u00e4r dem att l\u00e4sa. Nu hade jag ritat en cirkul\u00e4r pil f\u00f6r att betona m\u00e5let med undervisningen. Vi ska skriva med den r\u00e4tta skrivordningen. Exempelvis att vi skriver uppifr\u00e5n och ned. Att bokstaven o skrivs motsols precis som a \u00e4 och \u00f6. Och s\u00e5 vidare. Att vi skriver s\u00e5 f\u00f6r att bli b\u00e4ttre och i slut\u00e4ndan snabbare p\u00e5 att skriva. D\u00e5 de b\u00f6rjade skriva uppfattade jag ett \u00f6kat fokus p\u00e5 att skriva sm\u00e5 bokst\u00e4ver p\u00e5 ett korrekt s\u00e4tt. Eleverna fokuserade och anstr\u00e4ngde sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wittings metod b\u00f6rjar med att eleverna ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka bokstavera en stavelse. D\u00e4refter ska de hitta p\u00e5 ord som b\u00f6rjar p\u00e5 den stavelsen. Jag ber dem att bokstavera ljuden och vi skriver tillsammans. Jag p\u00e5 tavlan och de p\u00e5 pappret. Vi skriver ocks\u00e5 en mening. D\u00e4refter ritar vi mycket kort. Elevernas motivation gynnas av den kreativa \u00f6vningen som kommer att avspegla deras tankar. N\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng l\u00e4ser vi vad vi skrivit. Efter hand som de utvecklas blir texten l\u00e4ngre och fler tankar speglas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5rt kollegiala l\u00e4rande baserar sig i \u00e5r p\u00e5 Skolverkets modul f-9 specialpedagogik. D\u00e4r l\u00e4ste vi en text av Martin Hugo (2020) som fokuserade motivationsskapande undervisning och l\u00e4rmilj\u00f6. Hugo betonar det relationella i undervisningen som en viktig faktor f\u00f6r elevens motivation. Elevernas r\u00f6ster ska g\u00e4rna komma till tals inom ramen f\u00f6r undervisningen. Det g\u00f6r en framg\u00e5ngsrik kollega till mig genom att ofta reflektera kooperativt med klassen i EPA (enskilt\/par\/alla). F\u00f6r mig som specialpedagog i sm\u00e5gruppsundervisningen inom RtI \u00e4r det Wittings metod som ger ett s\u00e4rskilt utrymme f\u00f6r elevernas id\u00e9er och tankar. Den \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5tagligt motiverande f\u00f6r elever i sv\u00e5righeter. F\u00f6rr rekommenderades den s\u00e4rskilt f\u00f6r elever som beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4ra om. Hugo betonar ocks\u00e5 den explicita (tydliga) undervisningen f\u00f6r att elever ska ta in och f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vad vi efterfr\u00e5gar.
