En liten stund varje dag ca en kvart. Det \u00e4r mycket effektiv tr\u00e4ning som brukar ge resultat. De har ocks\u00e5 deltagit i undervisningen f\u00f6rst\u00e5s, som ocks\u00e5 byggt p\u00e5 och bef\u00e4st deras kunskaper. En l\u00e4rare har ocks\u00e5 givit eleverna i l\u00e4xa att tr\u00e4na. Att v\u00e5rdnadshavare \u00e4r med p\u00e5 sp\u00e5ret och hj\u00e4lper till \u00e4r bra. Kan eleven ben\u00e4mna n\u00e5gra ytterligare bokstavsljud? Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen markerar jag med en ny f\u00e4rg f\u00f6r att eleven tydligt ska se sin stegvisa utveckling och vad hen l\u00e4rt. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rv\u00e5nansv\u00e4rt vad fort det kan g\u00e5 med inl\u00e4rningen f\u00f6r 6-\u00e5ringarna vid systematisk tr\u00e4ning. Vi vill ocks\u00e5 ge de h\u00e4r barnen tillf\u00e4lle att hinna l\u00e4sa en liten bok vid detta tillf\u00e4lle. Nu blir m\u00f6tet en bekr\u00e4ftelse p\u00e5 elevens f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och ett tillf\u00e4lle att understryka hur viktig och framg\u00e5ngsrik den dagliga tr\u00e4ningen i klassrummet \u00e4r och hur elevens envisa arbete ger resultat. Det \u00e4r ett s\u00e4tt att skapa ett \u201ddynamiskt mindset\u201d (Dweck 2013) hos eleven. Med det menas att eleven f\u00e5r en insikt om att anstr\u00e4ngning l\u00f6nar sig. N\u00e5got som kan gynna deras m\u00f6jligheter att lyckas i skolan. Att peka p\u00e5 vad elever gjort r\u00e4tt \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 mycket bra enligt modern kognitionsforskning. Det \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen klarlagt att det \u00e4r just d\u00e5 vi pekar p\u00e5 vad eleverna g\u00f6r r\u00e4tt som de faktiskt l\u00e4r sig och utvecklas.
