Det hela b\u00f6rjade med att vi h\u00e4mtade en mycket kort mening fr\u00e5n en av barnens b\u00e4nkb\u00f6cker. Den korta meningen skrev Anneli p\u00e5 tavlan. De fick skriva p\u00e5 sina sm\u00e5 whiteboardtavlor och d\u00e5 de var klara med sin mening visade de upp. Anneli gick runt och l\u00e4ste allas meningar h\u00f6gt. Och jag gick ocks\u00e5 runt och l\u00e4ste och uppmuntrade alla att jobba. Det \u00e4r viktigt att alla k\u00e4nner att vi st\u00e4ller h\u00f6ga f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar p\u00e5 dem. (Jansson 2001, Hattie 2008). Det \u00e4r en f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r att de ska kunna lyckas. Att st\u00f6tta \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt s\u00e5klart. Ibland beh\u00f6ver vi vara lite str\u00e4nga och komma med konsekvenser (annars f\u00e5r man g\u00f6ra klart p\u00e5 rasten..) men de flesta barn kommer ig\u00e5ng bara man pysslar om dem lite och odlar relationen till dem s\u00e5 att de k\u00e4nner att vi \u00e4r intresserade av vad de har att ber\u00e4tta\/skriva. Skratt \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt och att alla kan f\u00e5 lyckas och k\u00e4nna sig sedda och bekr\u00e4ftade med sina id\u00e9er. Idag skrev alla och gjorde sitt b\u00e4sta. F\u00f6r klassen som \u00e4r full av t\u00e4vlingsinriktade och sportiga elever som dock inte alltid \u00e4r stora v\u00e4nner av att skriva var detta en perfekt \u00f6vning. Det blev liksom lite sport av att hitta p\u00e5 n\u00e5got riktigt klurigt med flera ord och f\u00e5 det uppl\u00e4st inf\u00f6r kamraterna. Att skriva p\u00e5 mini-whiteboard har ocks\u00e5 n\u00e5got opretenti\u00f6st \u00f6ver sig. Bokst\u00e4verna fungerar \u00e4ven om de inte \u00e4r perfekta. Ber\u00e4ttandet blir det viktiga.
