Ett bra botemedel f\u00f6r en splittrad st\u00e4mning \u00e4r att strax \u00f6verg\u00e5 till att leka en lek som kr\u00e4ver koncentration. Denna har vi k\u00f6rt denna vecka efter att min kollega Helena introducerat den. Mycket effektiv. Alla l\u00e4gger armarna i kors och h\u00e5ller varandra i h\u00e4nderna. Nu skickar en av oss iv\u00e4g en st\u00f6t genom att kl\u00e4mma till med handen. S\u00e5 skickar vi st\u00f6ten vidare tills den kommer tillbaka och har g\u00e5tt hela v\u00e4gen runt. Vi kan ocks\u00e5 r\u00e4kna hur l\u00e5ngt tid det tar och d\u00e4rmed se om vi kan bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att skicka st\u00f6ten. Idag lekte vi bara tv\u00e5 omg\u00e5ngar. D\u00e4refter var det l\u00e4tt att f\u00f6ra ett koncentrerat samtal och utv\u00e4rdera tidigare aktiviteter. Alla barnen var b\u00e5de lugna och fokuserade och verkade n\u00f6jda med att delta &#8211; ett sk\u00f6nt s\u00e4tt att avsluta dagen. Vi beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 sitta n\u00e4ra varandra f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 grepp med armarna i kors vilket gjorde stunden lite extra samlad-intim.<\/p>\n<p>Att hitta pedagogiska v\u00e4gar att f\u00e5 alla elever att l\u00e4ra och ta till sig undervisningen kallas p\u00e5 skolverksspr\u00e5k f\u00f6r generella anpassningar (Skolverket 2014).
