Inte bara f\u00f6r att vi \u00e4r s\u00e5 himla &#8221;goda&#8221;. \u00c4ven om m\u00e5nga l\u00e4rare faktiskt bryr sig. Nej, det finns en annan anledning till varf\u00f6r. Vi vill ju l\u00e4ra dem saker och f\u00e5 dem att v\u00e4xa och utvecklas. F\u00f6r att lyckas med v\u00e5rt arbete beh\u00f6ver vi att barnen kommer till skolan och deltar i undervisningen. V\u00e5r relation till barnen \u00e4r viktig, men \u00e4ven andra relationer kan st\u00e4rka eller h\u00e4mma barnens k\u00e4nsla av delaktighet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6verg\u00e5ngar mellan skolformer har konstaterats vara viktiga f\u00f6r att lyckas f\u00e5nga upp och inkludera alla barn (SOU 2010:95. <i>Se, tolka och agera &#8211; allas r\u00e4tt till en likv\u00e4rdig utbildning). <\/i>\u00d6verg\u00e5ngen fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rskolan till skolan \u00e4r viktig och \u00e4ven \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rskoleklass till \u00e5rskurs 1. Det h\u00e4nder ocks\u00e5 att barn byter skola och d\u00e5 sker \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen kanske i en annan \u00e5rskurs.&nbsp;P\u00e5 &#8221;Svanis&#8221; jobbar vi med faddrar i flera steg. Barnen i f\u00f6rskoleklasserna f\u00e5r en fadder i \u00e5rskurs 3. Det \u00e4r som julafton n\u00e4r de kommer till oss p\u00e5 rasten eller f\u00f6r att lyssna p\u00e5 n\u00e4r vi sjunger juls\u00e5nger. Och samma sak g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r de \u00e4ldre barnen. Att ha en liten knatte som rusar emot en med \u00f6ppna armar \u00e4r oslagbart.
