N\u00e4r l\u00e4r de egentligen och hur kan man fr\u00e5ga sig? \u00a0Det \u00e4r en viktig fr\u00e5ga f\u00f6r David Dideau i boken <i>What IF all you knew about education was wrong? <\/i>H\u00e4r ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tter han undervisning som f\u00e5r barnen att l\u00e5tsa\/h\u00e4rma att de l\u00e4r sig och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker s\u00e4tta fingret p\u00e5 hur djup kunskap kommer till st\u00e5nd. Och liksom James Nottingham och hans ideer kring &#8221;The learning pit&#8221; s\u00e5 handlar det om en dynamik mellan utmaningar och \u00f6vning. Kanske med betoning p\u00e5 utmaningar d\u00e5. Det f\u00e5r inte g\u00e5 f\u00f6r enkelt. Friktion \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngtidsminnet menar Dideau. Ibland vet jag att jag lyckats. Det \u00e4r oftast d\u00e5 jag observerar \u201dbarns egen kultur\u201d. Den arena av lekar, s\u00e5nger, g\u00e5tor men ocks\u00e5 deras egen organisation av sina lekar och aktiviteter (Mouritsen, 2002:17). Det \u00e4r ett omr\u00e5de d\u00e4r barnen sj\u00e4lva har makten, ofta p\u00e5 fritiden men det kan ocks\u00e5 ske i leken inom skolans sf\u00e4r. Om jag ser tecken p\u00e5 att de bearbetar och funderar p\u00e5 saker som vi l\u00e4rt oss d\u00e5 jag tittar p\u00e5 dem i lekens v\u00e4rld, d\u00e5 k\u00e4nns det att jag har lyckats. Lillemyr refererar till Levy d\u00e5 han betonar att leken \u00e4r ett omr\u00e5de d\u00e4r barnets lust och inre motivation \u00e4r n\u00e4ra kopplad till att barnet k\u00e4nner att det har kontroll \u00f6ver n\u00e5got d\u00e4r det s\u00e4tter verkligheten \u00e5t sidan. Som n\u00e4r barnen lekskriver p\u00e5 tavlan f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r roligt. D\u00e5 \u00e4r de i sin v\u00e4rld d\u00e4r de har kontrollen. D\u00e5 g\u00e4ller det att lyssna p\u00e5 deras ideer om de bjuder in till samspel. Och se upp med att r\u00e4tta, f\u00f6r d\u00e5 f\u00f6rsvinner intresset. Det \u00e4r min erfarenhet. D\u00e4remot kan vi uppmuntra och utmana till lek f\u00f6r att gynna alla, p\u00e5 tavlan eller p\u00e5 annat s\u00e4tt. S\u00e5 att det inte bara \u00e4r vissa elever som l\u00e4r genom lek.
